1 – Service Overview

We offer digital product design services including but not limited to UI/UX design, prototyping, branding, and visual content creation. Our services are intended to help clients build effective, user-centered digital products.

2 – Client Responsibilities

To ensure the successful delivery of our services, clients are expected to:

• Provide clear project requirements and objectives
• Give timely feedback and approvals
• Supply any necessary assets or brand guidelines

3 – Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All original design assets created during the project remain the property of the service provider until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client
• We reserve the right to display project work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place

4 – Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Generally:

• 50% upfront payment is required to begin the project
• Remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final files are delivered
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

5 – Revisions and Changes

We offer a fixed number of revisions as part of each project. Additional revisions or major changes requested outside of the original scope may incur extra charges.

6 – Timelines and Deadlines

Estimated project timelines are provided in the proposal. Delays may occur due to late client feedback or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses due to project delays.

7 – Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality design services, but we are not liable for:

• Any business loss or damage resulting from the use of our designs
• Any content provided by the client for use in the designs

8 – Termination

Either party may terminate the project in writing. In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to that point. All intellectual property created prior to termination remains the provider's until full payment is made.

9 – Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which the service provider operates.
